Aerobics First

Aerobics First has been running strong for 29 years! Known as one of
Canada's oldest and most dedicated running, walking, ski, and snowboard
stores, we are excited to be moving forward faster than ever.  From
humble beginnings that included making our own running specific clothing
in the attic to leading the ski scene in the early 80s (you should have
seen the suits!), Aerobics First is now the go to store for special
treatment when it comes to shoes, skis, snowboards, running & winter
apparel, triathlon gear, and a heavy dose of active living culture!

We have 29 years experience of living the good life, and promoting it
throughout the community with involvement with events, community
partners, and community ambassadors!
