A Beautiful Summer Day

Today was an absolutely gorgeous day in the city. I started the day with a great kettlebell training session. The Dartmouth Booty Boot campers did an awesome job this afternoon striding through the park at Alderney Landing- we even had a newcomer, I hope she enjoyed it.

The babies enjoyed the beautiful day out on the lawn at Point Pleasant Park for the Stroller Gang. One Mommy told me that all the lungeing and squats were making her faster for soccer games- love to hear it!

Had a great cardio circuit at the Garrison Grounds this afternoon.

The ladies in kettlebell class practiced their swinging and learned a new move while incorporating a great new circuit.
