A Big Thank You!

I would like to thank all of The Coast readers who voted for me in the ‘Personal Training’ section of the ‘Best of Halifax’ awards this month.

I was placed in the Bronze medal position – which was quite something as I didn’t even realize that I’d been nominated!

It’s been a tremendously busy month for me, opening up the new studio at 50 Queen Street, adding so many new programs and workshops and bringing in lots of new equipment.
