As most of you know I train with my trainer twice a week. I love the challenge and the fact that he pushes me harder than I could/would push myself.

It's great to get the feedback and continue to develop, this allows me to grow as a trainer for my own clients.

Well...today was a stellar workout and he even brought in an audience to watch. Well, I am sure as you are aware once people are watching you tend to perform to highest ability. I had no problem with the other trainers coming in but man I went all out!!!

Our workout today was called the "100" or as I know it the Spartan workout.

I always warm up with time trial on the rowing machine of 2000 metres.

Here it is:

20 med ball slams

20- 30lb kettlbell double hand swings

20- 55lb kettlebell double hand swings

20 burpees

20 sit ups on the ab board

20- 25lb double cleans

This is all repeated 5 time to get you to the 100

We had the Ramone's blasting in the background for our 30 minute session. Great workout!

the Ramones part sounds REALLY GOOD Larissa! LOL If I could afford it. I'd spend a couple of hrs a day with you. A good butt kicking by someone else is really what I need on a regular basis. Fingers crossed that I win the lottery but in the mean time, I love your classes :)
