Push Up

The first week of January has been a busy week at Core, new classes started and we've been able to meet a lot of new people in the community.

The RealRyder schedule got underway and as we knew it would be, people are loving the experience. We have an amazing group of instructors who all bring a little something different to each of their classes.

I am very excited to have Elvira as part of the Core Essentials team.

Shawn Mozen of Agatsu is back in town this weekend offering another kettlebell instructor certification.

I am really excited to be able to go out tomorrow and watch the certification. I am looking forward to being able to observe an actually take things in, now that I have been training & teaching with kettlebells.

I always look forward to the opportunity to continue learning and growing as an instructor.
Plus there'll be no Chrissy workout for me this weekend!!

Just received my level1 Agatsu Kettlebell Instructor Certification. The most respected and sought after degree in Canada.

I have to say it was an amazing weekend. It really made me push myself in ways I haven't done in some time. I feel amazing, sore but amazing. I met some great people and am looking forward to staying in touch with them.

After 16 hours of training, the Chrissy workout and the final exam workout, I am so proud to have earned this designation.

Kettlebell

Wow! What a day. I spent 8 hours today training with Shawn Mozen of Agatsu Inc.
It was Kettlebell practice- an amazing tool for building long lean muscles using compound exercises. The whole body is used in training, building mobility, flexibility, strength and endurance.

I loved it today and will be back tomorrow for another 8 hour session- thank goodness for epsom salt baths!
