Losing Booty Gaining Muscle
My Boot Campers are doing a phenomenal job. of of my fellow Booty Boot Campers is down 17lbs. She is doing an awesome job and people are really noticing the huge difference, not only is she dropping the weight but she is gaining muscle mass.
I couldn't be prouder! My Dartmouth Booty Boot Camp crew was featured today on a ParticipAction video.

Boot Camp Essentials 2 Are you looking fo a little more challenge? Maybe you're an experienced bootcamper and want to ramp it up a little. Join us twice a week to tone, tighten and sculpt your body. We’re taking it outside where you’ll not only get fit but have fun doing it. Bring a friend and get in shape together. We’ll focus on cardio and strength and of course looking great.
Citadel Hill Booty Boot Camp
A 40 minute lunch time class on Citadel Hill. We'll blast, tone, sculpt and shape great backsides. This class takes place twice a week, incorporating strength and cardio into one kicka** workout!
Mondays & Wednesdays 12:15-12:55 p.m.

This afternoon was the final day of the summer session1 of the Citadel Hill Booty Boot Camp. It's been a great 4 weeks. What a great group of ladies!
Even though the tourists may have come to see the clock and the Citadel, they took time to add words of encouragement or awe to the boot campers.
The ladies progressively got stronger as the weeks went on. Thanks for your support.

A Walk in the Park
Okay, so maybe there wasn't any walking or strolling in the park tonight at Boot Camp but the boot campers made a challenging cardio workout look easy. I could clearly see they were getting stronger and were able to keep up with the non-stop workout tonight.
Again another great evening weather wise and between hitting the booties and the heart rates, the ladies did awesome.
Fitness as a Lifestyle
I am always happy to see when clients embrace fitness as a lifestyle. One of the boot campers showed up on her bike last night, pretty much an uphill ride to camp.
She dusted after the bike after 12 years.

The Essentials of Boot Camp
Tonight was drizzly and down pour but it did not stop the boot campers. After on week of camp we are seeing great improvements in strength and stamina.
It's always great to go back to an earlier exercise that may have posed a challenge and see how you do this time around. Boot Camper J found one particular exercise very challenging on day one, she not only blasted through tonight but surprised herself with her stamina. She was so proud of herself- Way to go J!!!

Another great night out the park! We brought out the Equalizers and ladders and did circuits. The ladies did an awesome job.
Woohoo for upper body strength and two foot hops!!!
