Fall Classes
Well, we are already in to week 2 of some of the new classes.
I wanted to congratulate one of my Booty Boot Campers for being down 5 pounds already!!! That's after 3 sessions of working the booty and good nutrition. Great work!
September is turning out to be a beautiful month for being outdoors.
We started the kettlebell class this evening at the Dartmouth Commons- what a great group of ladies, we have some newcomers and some alumni (which is always nice).
Stay tuned as we start planning our classes for October.
Great Start!!
Today was a great start to the Fall workshops. We had beautiful weather in HRM.
I met some new people today at the Booty Boot Camp and the Stroller Gang. I am so excited to have some of my alumni with me and to be always adding new people to the Core Family.
I am looking forward to Citadel Hill Booty Boot Camp tomorrow & Core Dynamics on Friday.
Another Booty update: one of my bootcampers is down a total of 20lbs all from Booty Boot and lots of hard work. You rock S!

First Week of July Classes
The first week of the July classes/bootcamps has come to an end. It has been a great week of meeting new people and reconnecting with old friends. The weather was remarkable for every camp.
The week was spent running up Citadel Hill, Squatting down Alderney Landing, Kettlebell Deadlifts in the Dartmouth Commons, Strolling with Babies in Point Pleasant, Planks in the park and of course training one-on-one with clients both indoors and out.
Citadel Hill Booty Boot Camp
Today was the inaugural Citadel Hill Booty Boot Camp. We had a great turn out over lunch hour. The weather was perfect with a great breeze to cool everyone off for running stairs and squatting and lungeing down the hill.
We caught a few eyes and tourists seemed interested, one even stopped and did a few squats during the warm down.
The first day of every session is always great because I get to feel out the "campers" and give them a taste of what will come during the weeks ahead.
I am looking forward to Wednesday!
New Summer BootCamps
I'm so excited I can barely contain myself with the new boot camps we just added for the summer.
We've got a Citadel Hill Booty Boot Camp taking place at lunchtime twice a week. Lunch time boot camps run 40 minutes so you've got lots of time to get back to work.
We've also added a Summer-Fit Kettlebell workshop running twice a week at the Dartmouth Commons.
Check out our workshop page, you can sign up right from that page. Just hit the "Sign up" link at the top of the page.
