The first week of January has been a busy week at Core, new classes started and we've been able to meet a lot of new people in the community.
The RealRyder schedule got underway and as we knew it would be, people are loving the experience. We have an amazing group of instructors who all bring a little something different to each of their classes.
Kettlebell Training Clinic
Too busy to make time for your workouts? If so you haven't tried Kettlebells. Kettlebell workouts can be done in 30 minutes. Get a great cardio & strength workout.
Spend 3 hours in a small group setting learning the best exercises to transform your body in to a powerful, fat burning machine. Kettlebell will be available to purchase.
Jump Rope Workshop
Looking for a great cardiovascular and full body workout? 10 minutes of Jump rope is equivalent to 20 minutes of running. It is also a very low-impact activity when done correctly. A great portable exercise. In this two hour workshop learn the two-foot bounce, alternating foot step, jacks, straddle, x-cross plus more. Spend 2 hours in a small group setting learning jump rope technique & drills.
