What is Real Ryder?
The Real Ryder™ is the only indoor cycle that allows the rider to functionally engage the upper body and core musculature while the legs do the pedaling. The bikes have an 18 degree lean on each side. The exercise offers enhanced total-body fitness benefits while bringing the natural movements of outdoors cycling indoors.
Watch the RealRyder in motion.
We offer punch cards and drop in rates. Reserve your bike up to 72 hours advance.
Shake some Booty
I am so proud of my Boot Campers, watching them grow stronger and change their bodies. After three weeks of Booty Bootcamp one of my ladies has lost 8lbs.
What a great job! She works so hard and intensely for those sessions and is really reaping the benefits.
Great work!
Kettlebell Weekend
Wow! What a day. I spent 8 hours today training with Shawn Mozen of Agatsu Inc.
It was Kettlebell practice- an amazing tool for building long lean muscles using compound exercises. The whole body is used in training, building mobility, flexibility, strength and endurance.
I loved it today and will be back tomorrow for another 8 hour session- thank goodness for epsom salt baths!
