Kettlebells grouped

Wow, what a great Saturday morning kettlebell drop-in! I decided to take Craig's drop in class as I was in between clients.

We had an awesome turnout for the first session! Guys and girls were sweating and working super hard- it was an 800 calorie class this morning (with all the quads we did, it might have inched us closer to 1,000!)

Quite a few new faces in the class, new to kettlebell that is, but of course some of our die-hard clients were there too.

Kettlebell training is becoming so popular and is such a great tool for training. Workouts can be quick and efficient and you don't need a lot of space to train. Not everyone has the time to join a weekely class but would still like to train. The clinic is a great way to learn skills and build a foundation  for training on your own or to get a jumpstart on an upcoming bootcamp or Power half hour class.

Get a total-body workout with Kettlebells! The Kettlebell is a
traditional Russian cast iron weight. Kettlebell workouts are intended
to increase strength, endurance, agility and balance, challenging both
the muscular and cardiovascular system with dynamic, total-body
movements. They build long, lean muscle.

Jump Rope Workshop

for a great cardiovascular and full body workout? 10 minutes of Jump
rope is equivalent to 20 minutes of running. It is also a very
low-impact activity when done correctly. A great portable exercise. In
this two hour workshop learn the two-foot bounce, alternating foot
step, jacks, straddle, x-cross plus more. Spend 2 hours in a small
group setting learning jump rope technique
