Stay In Shape For Less In 2010
Boxing Week Special Offer From Core Essentials
I have had a wonderful few days off and am ready and energized to get back to classes and workshops.
With the Holidays nearing to an end and 2010 just around the corner we wanted to offer a special Boxing Week discount.
Reflection
As I look back over the last year, it has been an interesting and challenging one for me. I started the summer of 2008 having just completed P90X & P90X+, I was feeling strong but a little injured from the repetitive strain on my body from all the training & teaching I was doing in and out of the gym, plus my nutrition program and working.
Guess where we are going to be?
Alright, I won't make you guess.... We are going to be offering free kettlebell classes at Lululemon in Halifax on August 10 & 17 from 7:30-8:30 p.m.
I am so excited to be able to bring the dynamic and energizing training of Kettlebells to more people.
Thank you Lululemon!!!
