Kettlebell/Pilates Combo
Pilates & Kettlebell training work the whole body with little or no isolation of body parts. Kettlebell & Pilates combine to condition your core dynamically – join instructor  Elvira Tutic, for this 45 minute class.

Kettlebell classes are schedule to begin on September 8. Join us for an incredible workout that combines both cardio & resistance training in one workout. Looking to build long lean muscle- this is the workout for you.

The kettlebell provides a ful body functional workout that is unlike any other workout you have experienced.

Register early as the class fills quickly and we only take 10 participants.

We'll be taking advatange of the great fall weather, working out at the Dartmouth Commons, twice a week.

Alright, I won't make you guess.... We are going to be offering free kettlebell classes at Lululemon in Halifax on August 10 & 17 from 7:30-8:30 p.m.

I am so excited to be able to bring the dynamic and energizing training of Kettlebells to more people.
