We are continuing to create new classes for our clients. We ahve another new class that will begin the week of November 23. We have a great new instructor, Elvira Tutic, who will be teaching this class. She is Agatsu Kettlebell certified as well as a Stott and Classical Pilates Instructor.

I am very excited to have Elvira as part of the Core Essentials team.

Today was a day filled with new and old boot camps. I started the afternoon off with a new Booty Boot Camp at Alderney Landing. We even had "participants" from the windows of above the Alderney Dental Cllinic! This class was a 30 minute butt blaster over lunch time. I had a lot of fun with the ladies.

My opinion of diets is not very good. I think they suck.
99.9% of them. If someone is trying to lose weight the last
thing I recommend is for somebody to go on a diet.

Why? You see most diets do nothing but cause you to lose
weight. It's a serious problem. I know your asking yourself
"but don't I want to lose weight?" Yes and no. I've
probably confused you by now. You see, you don't want to
lose weight, you want to lose fat!

Booty Boot Camp Update 2

It was a beautiful sunny evening for week 2 of Booty Boot Camp. We focused a little more on the quads but as always got a good workout on for the backside. We did some great core work and the group was strong right to the finish! Great work!

Fit Mommies-Stroller Gang

This stroller class is ideal for new Moms and veterans who are looking to get in shape, spend time with other Moms, their babies and toddlers. Join our group for this twice weekly class. We use bands, bodyweight and of course your stroller!

Tuesdays & Thursdays from 10:30-11:30 a.m.
Next session starts April  7
8 weeks for $240
