Kettlebell Class starts in 3 weeks
Kettlebell classes are schedule to begin on September 8. Join us for an incredible workout that combines both cardio & resistance training in one workout. Looking to build long lean muscle- this is the workout for you.
The kettlebell provides a ful body functional workout that is unlike any other workout you have experienced.
Register early as the class fills quickly and we only take 10 participants.
We'll be taking advatange of the great fall weather, working out at the Dartmouth Commons, twice a week.
Soggy Day
Our classes were not dampened by all the rain today- well we did get soaked a few times!
The babies held up well in the running strollers during the down pour. We welcomed the rain as it cut the humidity.
The rain did stop our outdoor kettlebell class, no flying kettlebells please! I am looking forward to the final evening of kettlebells on Tuesday evening.

Booty Boot Camp
The original Booty Boot Camp in Dartmouth at Alderney Landing. Come out on Tuesday, Thursday & Fridays to tone, tighten and lift those booty's.

This 30 minute long camp will run on Tuesday, Thursday & Fridays at 12 p.m. at the Dartmouth Ferry Terminal.

Citadel Hill Booty Boot Camp
Citadel Hill Booty Boot Camp- New!
A 40 minute lunch time class on Citadel Hill. We'll blast, tone, sculpt and shape great backsides. This class takes place twice a week, incorporating strength and cardio into one kicka** workout!

Core Essentials has 3,000 square feet of workout space in our fitness studio on Queen Street in Dartmouth. We have a consultation room and a change room available for our clients use.
