How do I register for a Workshop?
To register for a course or workshop please download the client information form and fax or mail it with your payment. You can also register online, https://clients.mindbodyonline.com/home.asp.

Can I set the time I work out?
We offer flexible training times and hours that range from mornings, evenings to weekends for private individuals and groups.
Our group training session times and classes can be seen on the calendar of events.
When do I need a Personal Trainer?
