Zumba Dance Party
Another great week at Core and we are topping it off with the Zumba Dance Party with guest instructors from Sydney. They've added a little twist to their Zumba style of classes. I cannot wait to rumba, zumba, merengue and more on Saturday morning and afternoon.
There's still lots of space in the 1 p.m. session if you want to pop by and get your weekend going in style.

Throughout our grand opening month we will be offering classes and special events.
On November 28, Zumba Sydney will be coming to teach classes at Core Essentials in our new location at 50 Queen Street.
The girls teach this class like no other Zumba class out there. They are on fire and energized and bring such a fun vibe to this dance insprired fitness class set to international tunes.
I am looking forward to the class, I haven't done Zumba since I was in Ottawa two years ago. I cannot wait to party with the girls!
