Boot Camp Essentials 2 Are you looking fo a little more challenge? Maybe you're an experienced bootcamper and want to ramp it up a little. Join us twice a week to tone, tighten and sculpt your body. We’re taking it outside where you’ll not only get fit but have fun doing it. Bring a friend and get in shape together. We’ll focus on cardio and strength and of course looking great.
Soggy Day
Our classes were not dampened by all the rain today- well we did get soaked a few times!
The babies held up well in the running strollers during the down pour. We welcomed the rain as it cut the humidity.
The rain did stop our outdoor kettlebell class, no flying kettlebells please! I am looking forward to the final evening of kettlebells on Tuesday evening.

Core Yoga
A 60 Minute vinyasa flow class that stretches and tones every muscle group in the body- with particular emphasis on developing core strength. This powerful, energetic, playful flow allows beginners, intermediate and advanced students to be challenged in the same class.
Yummy Mummy Bootcamp
Are you a Yummy Mummy or wannabe one? Looking to get fit and toned. Flatten those tummies, tighten those thighs and bums. This 45 minute class will get you back in shape. Bring a friend or two and make it fun!

This 30 minute long camp will run on Tuesday, Thursday & Fridays at 12 p.m. at the Dartmouth Ferry Terminal.

Citadel Hill Booty Boot Camp
Citadel Hill Booty Boot Camp- New!
A 40 minute lunch time class on Citadel Hill. We'll blast, tone, sculpt and shape great backsides. This class takes place twice a week, incorporating strength and cardio into one kicka** workout!

Boot Camp with best view in HRM
Tonight was the first night of Boot Camp at the Dartmouth Commons. We got a little damp but the rain held off until we were done. It was great to meet this new group of boot campers. I am looking forward to our next 7 sessions.

Booty Boot Camp Week 3
Thanks to all the Booty Boot Camper who came out tonight. The sun was shining, the wind was freezing and at times we taste the salt in the air from the water. The step ups on the stairs warmed us up and the plyos kept our hearts pumping!
