TRX-PIlates Combo
TRX/Pilates Combo-NEW!
The TRX/Pilates class is a 45 minute workout that involves the use of
the TRX suspension system and Pilates matwork. This system was created
by a navy seals officier to allow their crew to workout intensely in
small areas! This system along with Pilates exercises will challenge
all levels and you will feel every inch of the body connected and
worked! This class is limited to 4 people.
Core Essentials Newsletter for February
It's hard to believe that January is almost over, the month has flown by!
I am sending out a blog this month because we have a new newsletter software that is a wee bit more challenging than I thought it would be; so it's going to take some more tutorials before you see the new newsletters. I will send one out mid-February with the March listings. Now that I’ve given you a date, I am committed to learning the software before then!
New Class Schedule Arrives- Sept. 11
Our new class schedule arrives the week of September 11! We are so excited.
Summer Sampler- month of August
For the month of August we'll be trying out a sampler card. This card will allow you to try out different workshops- don't want to commit to just one workshop? Buy the sampler and for the month of August drop in to any workshop class. Please note you must reserve a spot using our online booking system for that day(s).
TRX 40/40 Challenge
Are you up for the Challenge? Core Essentials has taken on the TRX 40/40 Challenge. We'll be doing all our challenge on September 30. Come out and train with us during the month to beat the challenge!
