CoreEssentials, KettleBell Class.jpg

Looking forward to my kettlebell classes starting on July 7th. Here is a first look at the new equipment!

I'd like to introduce you to Penny, Brigitte & Max. How cute are they? Don't be fooled by the colour, the pink one is 8 kg (18lb), blue 12 kg (24 lb), and yellow is 16 kg (32 lb).

Come on out and name your kettlebell, up close and personal.

Fit Mommies- Stroller Gang

What a beautiful day for the Stroller Gang. We set up next to the water and got to work with strength and cardio exercises. The little ones seemed to be amused at times by the movements of the Moms.

The scenery was quite motivating, sail boats and parasailing in the background and lovely breeze off the water.

Kettlebell Training the Ultimate Functional Workout!

Kettlebell

I am really excited to let you know that Core Essentials will be offering Kettlebell Training in June. For those of you who don't know a lot about it, they can help you lose weight, build muscle, enhance sport performance or maintain fitness level, as well as quality of life as you age.
Women use them to lose weight and gain muscle without gaining bulk; while men use them to gain muscle and bulk. They are very versatile, combining breath and movement and coordination.
