Core Essentials will be heading to Sydney, NS to run a Kettlebell Workshop.

Date: June 26 from 9-5 p.m. [Advanced registration is required].

Time: 9-5 p.m.

Location: Platinum Fitness, Sydney NS

This 8 hour course is for fitness professionals and/or those that are interested in taking their training to the next level. CEC’s will be provided for fitness professionals.

We are continuing to create new classes for our clients. We ahve another new class that will begin the week of November 23. We have a great new instructor, Elvira Tutic, who will be teaching this class. She is Agatsu Kettlebell certified as well as a Stott and Classical Pilates Instructor.

I am very excited to have Elvira as part of the Core Essentials team.

We had a great turn out this evening at Lululemon. 18 people came out to see what Kettlebells were all about. After the first Tabata they were sweating and really feeling how intense and effective a kettlebell work is.

Of course we added in some bodyweight training just for fun! Burpees & Bootstraps!
