Healthy Woman Feeling Good

All classes are at our fitness studio at 50 Queen Street, Dartmouth

Ab Camp
This core class will focus on the abs. This 30 minute class will tone and tighten the abdominal muscles. Get ready to rock your abs and get solid to the core.

Band Camp
Join Mike as he shows you the power of resistance bands/tubing. Resistance bands will increase your functional strength by as much as 40%, plus cut body fat 30% more effectively than weights. If you are looking to increase strength, power, size or tone up- Bands are for you!

Bootcamp & Bells
This fusion class will combine the fun of your bootcamp style drills- bodyweight, circuits and more, with the fat burning, high energy kettlebell workout. 

Core Kids
(offered during school breaks)
This class will be geared toward children ages 3 to 9. How nice would it be if you could go for your workout and your kid(s) would be entertained and get their own workout at the same time at the same place?  Monday & Friday mornings the regular bootcamps, register your kid(s), 3 - 9yrs old, and they come to the same outdoor location with you, but get their own seperate kids Bootcamp with their own trainer(s)!  

Children must be accompanied by an adult. The adult must take part in the regular bootcamp. The Core Kids  Bootcamp punchcard will work for these classes. One punch is good for one visit or one punch per child.

Core Yoga
A 60 Minute vinyasa flow class that stretches and tones every muscle group in the body- with particular emphasis on developing core strength. This powerful, energetic, playful flow allows beginners, intermediate and advanced students to be challenged in the same class.

Kettlebell Conditioning
Now that you have a solid base in kettlebell; come out for more kettlebell skills, drills and bodyweight training. Burn fat, tone up and feel great.**


Lunchtime Kettlebell Express
Looking for an efficient heart pumping workout? Kettlebell training is both a cardio and resistance workout in one. It builds long lean muscle. These lunch time sessions are a great full body workout. A great fat burning workout! This a 30 minute class.**

Morning Bootcamp
Dropped the kids at school and need to get your workout in? Join us for the morning drop off twice a week. We'll use cardio and strength exercises to tone, tighten and get you in great shape. Great cross-training for the runners out there too!

Power Half Hour
This is the way how I train. 30 minutes of focused, targeted and efficient training. No Need to spend hours working out- train 3 times a week using TRX trainers, kettlebells & bodyweight. Burn fat, tone up and get fit.

Power Hour Mornings
Join us in the morning for an hour long bootcamp style workout. We'll mix it up with circuits, bodyweight training, stations and more. Build strength and Endurance.

RealRyder Indoor Cycling

RealRyder Fusion
Join us in the morning for an hour long workout. We'll be combining RealRyder indoor cycling with either kettlebell or a bootcamp style class. Burn, baby, burn.

Saturday Morning Kickstart
Looking for a push? Join us for 45 minutes worth of drills, core and sweat.  Get fit have fun, join the hustle! We might even take it outside when the weather is good!

TRX Camp
Ready for some supsension training? Change the way you train. Suspension Training tightens your core, strengthens and lengthens your muscles and increases your flexibility. We'll combine TRX training and cardio to give you the ultimate workout.

TRX Stretch & Power
Discover the beauty of gentle power on the TRX. We will blend movements from yoga, pilates and stretching to develop a strong, long, lean body that is powerful yet flexible.

TRX Kettlebell 
This conditioning class combines the best of  both worlds TRX and Kettlebell. Challenge your mobility and balance with dynamic conditioning and training.**

Vinyasa Flow Yoga 
Vinyasa or Flow Yoga entails a series of poses sequenced to "flow" from one to another using the breath as a guide and creating heat in the body.  Everybody means its suitable for the new and experienced student.  Stretch and strengthen your body while you quiet your mind. This is a 45 minute lunchtime class.

**Please note that kettlebell classes require  either the Intro to Kettlebell Workshop or Fundamentals: three 45- minute one-on-one sessions with a trainer.
