Rejoice! The boot camp is back. Join us twice a week to tone, tighten and sculpt your body. We’re taking it outside where you’ll not only get fit but have fun doing it. Bring a friend and get in shape together. We’ll focus on cardio and strength.
We’re going to mix it up every week, help you shed those pounds, tone those arms, backs, shoulders, tummies & derrieres.
