rope is equivalent to 20 minutes of running. It is also a very
low-impact activity when done correctly. A great portable exercise. In
this two hour workshop learn the two-foot bounce, alternating foot
step, jacks, straddle, x-cross plus more. Spend 2 hours in a small
group setting learning jump rope technique
