Rejoice! The boot camp is back. Join us twice or three times a week to
tone, tighten and sculpt your body. We’re taking it outside when the
weather is good; you’ll not only get fit but have fun doing it. Bring a
friend and get in shape together. We’ll focus on cardio and strength.
We’re going to mix it up every week, help you shed those pounds, tone
those arms, backs, shoulders, tummies & derrieres. Get Summer Fit!
