Core Essentials - Get Fit & Have Fun At The Same Time

In my younger years I used to consider myself an athlete, and then somehow many years had passed and I realized that I had turned into a couch potato.  Sure, over time I had bought various gym memberships only to try them for a short while and then shortly shift back into my no exercise lifestyle. This always made me feel defeated.

Then this past August, my friend invited me to a kettlebell demo session that she had heard about.  I went and Laurissa put us through our paces.  It was the most fun and best exercise I had experienced in years.

I then discovered that Laurissa had a studio in downtown Dartmouth just down the road from me.  I have been hooked ever since.  I started with kettlebell group classes and private personal training sessions and have now tried rowing, zumba, real ryder and kettlebell/pilates.  I love them all!

Recently I purchased some new clothes - and couldn't believe when they were all in a smaller size than normal.  I feel so much stronger, more fit and happier than I have in ages- and it has only been 5 months! I can't wait to see what the future holds!

I encourage anyone who wants to make a positive difference in their life, to give Laurissa a call.  It certainly made a difference in mine.
