Demo Time At Core

Today is a very exciting time at Core Essentials.

We've been planning on expanding our existing fitness space into the ground floor since January and today the demolition of the space started.

As you can see the space is quite a mess at the moment, but when construction is finished we'll have new showers, two new toilets and about 1,000 square feet of new workout space.

The final piece of construction will be to punch in a new staircase that will connect the ground floor studio with the existing 2nd and 3rd floor spaces giving us over 3,000 square feet of space.

As you can imagine we are all very excited to see this work start - our clients will be able to shower, freshen up and relax in more space before and after working out.

We'll be posting more photographs of the space as construction progresses and in the meantime all of our great classes are going ahead as planned!
