Looking for a great cardiovascular and full body workout? 10 minutes of Jump rope is equivalent to 20 minutes of running. It is also a very low-impact activity when done correctly. A great portable exercise. In this two hour workshop learn the two-foot bounce, alternating foot step, jacks, straddle, x-cross plus more. Spend 2 hours in a small group setting learning jump rope technique & drills.
Are you a Yummy Mummy or wannabe one? Looking to get fit and toned. Flatten those tummies, tighten those thighs and bums. This 45 minute class will get you back in shape. Bring a friend or two and make it fun!
