Classical Pilates is a mind/body discipline based on the original
system of controlled movements developed by Joseph Pilates more than 60
years ago. The method focuses on creating a healthy balance between
strength and flexibility of the total body with a focus on core
stabilization. Pilates consists of mat exercises and can be further
enhanced by small props. Join Pilates instructor Elvira Tutic Wednesday
evenings to jump start your week.
Starts April 7-May 12th  (Wed); 5:15-6:00 p.m. 
Cost: 6 weeks for $108+HST

Yoga-Pilates Fusion - NEW!
Both Yoga and Pilates help balance the body from left to right, top to
bottom, front to back, limb to limb, and muscle to muscle. Pilates
exercises and yoga postures develop healthy breathing, flexibility and
concentration, and also provide a mental focus and release that is
challenging yet rejuvenating. This class is appropriate for people new
to Pilates and/or Yoga, as well as those who would like to integrate
their prior experience.

TRX/Pilates Combo-NEW!
The TRX/Pilates class is a 45 minute workout that involves the use of
the TRX suspension system and Pilates matwork. This system was created
by a navy seals officier to allow their crew to workout intensely in
small areas! This system along with Pilates exercises will challenge
all levels and you will feel every inch of the body connected and
worked! This class is limited to 4 people.
