 The TRX/Pilates class is a 45 minute workout that involves the use of<br />
 the TRX suspension system and Pilates matwork. This system was created<br />
 by a navy seals officier to allow their crew to workout intensely in<br />
 small areas! This system along with Pilates exercises will challenge<br />
 all levels and you will feel every inch of the body connected and<br />
 worked! This class is limited to 4 people.
