What can I expect during my first personal training session?


During your first session with your personal trainer:

Your personal Trainer will go over your personal health questionnaire which is found on our web site.

Your personal trainer will collect information such as blood pressure, heart rate, measurements.

Your trainer will gather information from you to get an idea of your goals and if you do not have any, we will sit and make some realistic goals together.

Your trainer will discuss their philosophy of fitness, exercise and health with you.

Your first session is a time for you to ask your trainer any questions you might have about them and get a “feel” for them. It’s an information gathering session for both.

Your personal trainer may have you do a fitness assessment as a benchmark.

After your first session your trainer will go away and create a program for you.
