First Week of July Classes
The first week of the July classes/bootcamps has come to an end. It has been a great week of meeting new people and reconnecting with old friends. The weather was remarkable for every camp.
The week was spent running up Citadel Hill, Squatting down Alderney Landing, Kettlebell Deadlifts in the Dartmouth Commons, Strolling with Babies in Point Pleasant, Planks in the park and of course training one-on-one with clients both indoors and out.
This week the babies played on mats while we trained the Mommies next to the ocean. The babies seemed much happier out of the strollers and able to see Mom at all times. The rice crackers were also pretty popular!
The first outdoor kettlebell bootcamp in HRM was great, an awesome turn out brought on some curious onlookers. What are those large colourful balls being swung in the park? Yesterday we were serenaded (?) by the bagpipers practicing for the Highland Games.
I'll finish the week with a Dragonboat Race with some of my bootcampers and then teach a spin class on Sunday- I've missed that group that the last 2 weeks.
Looking forward to another week!
