First Week Update

The first week in the new space has been phenomenal, I want to thank everyone for their support. Our regular schedule has been running as per usual and the free demo classes were a hit!

The feedback on the WaterRowers has been so wondeful, people love the sounds and feeling of the water and they row.

This morning a few of the girls and I did the Kettlebell-Pilates combo class with instructor Elvira Tutic. What an amazing class! My legs were shaking by the time we moved in to some of the pilates floor work.

We have made a slight schedule change to the 2 session per week for this class after some feedback - the class will run Wednesday evenings at 7:15 p.m. and Sunday mornings at 10:00. This class starts November 25.

I have also added two new classes to the schedule and of course you can try these out in a demo! I have added two lunchtime workshops:

TKO! Kickboxing!- Oh yes, there will be gloves, pads & wraps. A heart -pumping, fat burning workout - two 30 minute sessions per week.

Lunchtime Kettlebell - so I have added two 30 minute lunchtime sessions where we are doing kettlebell training.

Core Dynamics is back on the schedule but just Fridays at noon for a half hour we will tone & stregthen the core muscles.

So that's about all the changes for now and updates. I am looking forward to upcoming week and meeting more new people and seeing old friends again.

Can't wait to see the Fit Mommies and their little ones again on Tuesday when they start the new session!

I have decided to add some more free classes to give people a chance to check out what we've got to offer.

Kettlebell demo classes;
November 12th, 5 - 5:30pm
November 16th, 12-12:30pm
November 19th, 12:30-1:00pm
Cost: Free!

WaterRower demo classes;
November 10th, 12:30-1 pm
November 18th, 12:00-12:30pm
Cost: Free!

Kickboxing demo classes;
November 12th and 17th, 12:30-1 pm
Cost: Free!
