This week we've had everything from Fit Mommies to Kickboxing to Kettlebell. It's been a busy week with new class offerings. The babies are loving the new space, well I think they are...it's warm and they are able to play with all their toys on the floor- no worries about eating leaves and dirt!

I always find it so amazing to introduce women to Boxing/Kickboxing. It is so empowering. To see their face when they hit their first pad- a huge smile creeps across their face. Such fun!

I thought I'd share the workout I did today with you:

Today's workout was pretty fierce as well.

We started with a 2000m timed sprint on the rower than moved in to a tabata style workout that consisted 55lb kbell swings, 30lb around the body with a stall, 20lb med ball slam and 36lb double cleans. We repeated this twice.

Double alternating cleans.
Double overhead press (36lb) walking lunge. 

We finished the workout with with plyo box jumps with a tuck jump.

Once again my butt was kicked! This session was taped, can't wait to see the video! Not!
