In today's Metro Paper they had an article that talked about the top fitness trends in 2010. I was really excited to see of course kettlebells be mentioned there, just how effective their workouts and the total body toning effects they have.

Core Essentials also has a quite a few of the other top trends.

1. 30 minute classes, where fitness can be done over a lunch hour and you are back at your desk within the hour. Short efficient and effective workouts.

2.Zumba-dance, dance, dance

3. Fusion workouts- we've got kettlebell-pilates combo and Body Balance- a stability ball/strenght workout fusing yoga into the mix.


People are looking for great workouts that are not only going to work the body but also be fun.
