Kettlebell Training Clinic
Too busy to make time for your workouts? If so you haven't tried kettlebells. Kettlebell workouts can be done in 30 minutes. Get a great cardio & strength workout, while building long lean muscle. Jump Rope Workshop - NEW!
Looking for a great cardiovascular and full body workout? 10 minutes of Jump rope is equivalent to 20 minutes of running. It is also a very low-impact activity when done correctly. A great portable exercise. In this two hour workshop learn the two-foot bounce, alternating foot step, jacks, straddle, x-cross plus more. Spend 2 hours in a small group setting learning jump rope technique & drills. Ropes will be provided during the class.

Fit Mommies- Stroller Gang
This stroller class is ideal for new Moms and veterans who are looking to get in shape, spend time with other Moms, their babies and toddlers. Join our group for this twice weekly class. We use bands, bodyweight and of course your stroller! Please come dressed for the weather, we go rain or shine!

Fit Mommies- 'Bells & Babies
This is a stroller class with a twist, if you looking to get in to shape or stay in shape. This class will do it! We'll be using kettlebells to trim, tone and tighten up all those trouble spots. Kettlebells provide and amazing workout- building long lean muscle and burning fat at the same time- they provide a cardio and resistance workout in one.
No kettlebell experience necesaary.
