Workshops do not fall under our new monthly unlimited fee structure. Workshops are fee based and require registration.

 

Kettlebell Essential Sessions 
Three private 45 minute sessions that will teach you the fundamentals of kettlebell training and prepare you to move in to all our kettlebell classes and workshops.
Cost: $135 + tax

Note: A Pre-requisite for all  kettlebell workshops except the Kettlebell Intro Workshop

MORNING SERIES

Bootcamp for Runners_NEW!


Looking to improve your running? Mike will coach you on how to improve your technique, your speed and strength all for running. This 6 week bootcamp will be broken into hills, stairs and fartleks. 

 

Cost: $180+tax 
Dates: September 14-Oct. 21, 2010 


Time:6:30 -7:15 a.m.
Location: Meet at 50 Queen Street and head out from there.

EVENING/WEEKEND SERIES


Shubie Park Bootcamp-NEW!
This special weekend bootcamp will take place over 4 weekends.Hit the trails in Shubie Park for an excellent workout.Now that you have a solid base in kettlebell, come out for more kettlebell skills, drills and bodyweight training. Burn fat, tone up and feel great.

September 11- Oct. 2 (Saturday & Sunday) 
Time:  8:00– 9:00a.m.
 Cost: $160 + HST
