The Ripple Effect- I chose drops of water for this blog because of the growth, change & potential it represents to me. 

Over the last few weeks, I have been chatting with a good friend and fellow fitness instructor. She was telling me she wanted to start a bootcamp for plus size women like herself.

Her goal with the group was to create an environment where women could feel safe and empowered and of course a awesome workout.

Tina is an amazing instructor and gives a wicked workout- she teaches all aerobic classes and spin.

So came the birth of "Voluptuous Babes Bootcamp". We are really excited to be offering this through Core Essentials. It is a great bootcamp for all ladies new or returning to fitness.  A well-rounded workout with cardiovascular, strength, core work and flexibility to challenge a variety of fitness levels.

The bootcamp is 4 weeks long and will run in Dartmouth at Dartmouth Commons on Saturday mornings starting October 24.
