My Approach
I believe that fitness and well-being is a journey and a lifestyle, the destination is not so important, it's what we discover along the way and how we put that to use. The mind, body & spirit must all be in balance and harmony in order to achieve your goals in life. I am here to support and challenge you in attaining your goals.
I have a passion for Balance, Stability & Core training as well as Sport Specific/Athletic training. If you are looking to lose weight, tone, strength train, reconnect with your body, increase your athletic performance, I can guide you and design innovative, challenging, effective and fun programs that will keep you motivated and coming back for more!

Personal Interests
The passion and enthusiasm for fitness and healthy living has provided me with a quality of life that allows me to live each day to its fullest. I have learned to listen to my body over the years, and due to food sensitivities and allergies I have taken a great interest in holistic living and naturopathy.
I believe in constantly striving to learn new things and challenge myself both physically and emotionally. As a mother of two young boys, the work-life balance is very important to me. I enjoy spending time with my family, cooking, traveling, reading and languages.
