Marathon

August is going to be  a great month. We have our camps running throughout the month and are preparing for our new ones in September.

LULULEMON: So excited that we will be teaching a free Kettlebell at Lululemon on Monday night, Aug 10th at 7:30 p.m.! and also once more later this month. What great way to show people how amazing kettlebells are. The Lululemon store is located here; http://kl.am/244c

CANFIT PRO: We are off to CanFit Pro Toronto this month for their annual conference. It's always great to take new classes and train with fitness experts from around the World.

CORE RUNNING PROGRAM: For those of you who are runners, or those of you thinking of taking up running and are looking to train for a  half or full marathon; we are looking in to offering a Core Running Program - a full  program that ties in  training (cross-training for strength & endurance), sport nutrition and a running group to help you reach your running goals.

For those of you who are interested in shorter distances, we'll be offering those programs too.

TRX TRAINING: We are bringing out some great new products for our September workshops. We'll be offering group TRX training and Equalizer training. The ultimate in bodyweight training!  You have never worked out like this before.
