We are continuing to create new classes for our clients. We ahve another new class that will begin the week of November 23. We have a great new instructor, Elvira Tutic, who will be teaching this class. She is Agatsu Kettlebell certified as well as a Stott and Classical Pilates Instructor.

I am very excited to have Elvira as part of the Core Essentials team.

Elvia will be teaching a Kettlebell & Pilates fusion class. Here's a little bit aboutt he class. It will be 45 minutes in length and run two evenings a week. The workshop will be 8 session the first time we run, so over a 4 week period ( so we don't run in to the Holidays!), it will be 6 weeks long in the new year.

Both Pilates and Kettlebell training work the whole body with little or no isolation of body parts. Kettlebell training complement Pilates by conditioning your core dynamically with heart pumping results. Join Pilates and Kettlebell Instructor Elvira Tutic in this 45 minute class where both of these powerful disciplines merge together.

I tried Elvira's Kettlebell/Pilates Combo free demo class on Sunday - it was awesome! I'm feeling that "good" soreness in my arms, abs, and inner thighs, and looking forward to joining the full class later this month!
