New Classes In Our New Space
We are now in our new fitness studio at 50 Queen Street in downtown Dartmouth, drop by and and check out our space and chat about your fitness needs.
I've uploaded our new class and workshop schedule - just updated today.
As most of my clients know I like to train in a very efficient and focused manner when I train myself, no more than 30 minutes each time, several sessions throughout the week- using bodyweight training, kettlebells, clubbells, med balls and TRX/vector training.
So I thought to myself, why not share this workout with others? So I have created a class three times a week for you train this way with me.
