From complete beginner to well-conditioned, regular exercisers, Personal Training at Core Essentials is totally customized for you, is very specific to your individual requirements and goals, and focuses on key aspects of your fitness to ensure that you get and stay fit and healthy.

Personal Fitness Training sessions are one-on-one workout sessions with Laurissa Manning. Each session is one hour in duration, and training sessions may be booked as early as 6:00 AM or as late as 7:30 PM, seven days a week, depending on availability. Your sessions will be designed around your requirements, and variety will be incorporated into your program to sustain interest levels and challenge you, while allowing for constant exercise progression and delivering results.

Functional training will form the bulk of your program. So forget about being tied to machines for an hour; you will actually be performing the exercises yourself as much as possible, and there will not be an over-reliance on machines. Laurissa creatively incorporates the use of training equipment (free weights, bands, Bosu, balls, etc.), but generally does not structure routines around machines, which do not always promote functional exercise.
