Congratulations on the arrival of your baby! Now, let's get you back into your pre-pregnancy jeans!

Working with a personal trainer or joining group post-natal fitness classes can help you to safely lose your baby weight, tone those trouble spots, and tighten the post baby tummy. We work with all fitness levels to help you increase your metabolism and help you get a toned, strong and fit body.

One-on-one sessions as well as small group training are available. Meet other moms, have some adult time or even bring baby with you for our Stroller Classes.
