What should I bring to Boot Camp?

It's a good idea to dress in layers, that way you can peel off in you get hot, wear sneakers. Bring plenty of water and a good healthy snack for after the workout, something like  an apple with some almonds, a nut butter sandwich, hummus with veggie sticks- a healthy carb and protein combination will suit your body best and help replenish energy stores that you have lost and assist with muscle repair and growth as well as fat loss.

You should bring a mat or something you can use for stretching and core work.

Bring a desire to work hard and have fun!
