WaterRower & RealRyder Classes Rock

I've been going to the WaterRower classes at Core Essentials for a few months now. At first i was a little skeptical - but i have to say, i love the way I'm feeling. They have built up muscle in my back, arms, shoulders and my core strength is the best its been in years. Our instructor (Elvira) has introduced new and interesting routines which makes the classes fun and challenging. I look forward to the classes and will sign up again.

I have also tried the Real Ryder indoor bikes (the 30 minute intro class with Sue) and again i was a little skeptical because of the way the bikes move from side-to-side. Once i manged to master the technique i really enjoyed the workout i was getting through my core and leg muscles. I also tried the 60 minute class with Tara recently (I didnt think i'd be ready for such a long ride) and really enjoyed her upbeat style. I'll be going back for more Real Ryder classes for sure.
