Zumba Dance Party

Zumba is a dance inspired, fun & energizing class and is now available at Core Essentials.

Dance along to hot Latin music that keeps you grooving and sweating. Zumba is an excellent way to get in shape, stay healthy and have fun.

Core Essentials offers Zumba Dance classes on;
Sunday's at 11:00am
Monday's at 7:15pm
Wednesday's at 7:15pm

Purchase a Dance Card that allows you to join any class or pay on a drop-in basis.

SIGN UP ONLINE in advance to reserve your spot! Dance Cards can be purchased in the studio.

Drop in rates are $15 per session or save money and buy our Zumba Dance Card;
- 10 visits for $120 + HST
- 20 visits for $200 + HST
(Pay with Credit Card, Debit Card or Cash)

Our class size is limited to 20 so make sure you book in advance!
